The Ireland of to-day!

The Ireland of to-day!

“Just look at us. Everything is backwards; everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the major media destroy information and institutionalized, evangelicals] religions destroy spirituality, etc.”

Mahatma Gandhi:

Does this not accurately describe the Ireland of to-day?

Wake up, and fight back!

CAB Join up to-day !

Citizens Association of the Bewildered
(CAB)

As stated before I remain convinced that we must put pressure on the powers that be

Again to-day Brian Cowen fob off the Idea of an investigation into the Banking meltdown that he and Brian Lenihian help to cause

He also poured water on the notion to revisit the previous financial regulators negligence

We can make all the comments we like and David McWilliams will eventually move on to the next topic

I believe that it has its uses, like b ringing likeminded individuals together to discuss the grave matters facing the Irish Nation.

But I am not satisfied anymore just talking about things I want to do something and I want to fight back I want to bring the fear I have every day, to the very people that have caused this incredible damage to our country

These people have blood on their hands, just look at the suicide’s statistics

There comes a time when you just have to stand up and take action !

Who will join me?

To all Irish patriots out there join

protests in Dublin streets (3)

march against Government policies (1)

UP to 75,000 yesterday took to the streets to protest at €4bn in proposed Budget cuts — but the only thing that had changed by last night was that the country was €70m deeper in debt.

And Taoiseach Brian Cowen and his Cabinet insisted the Government would press ahead with the cuts in the Budget.

Last night, Mr. Cowen’s spokesman said the march would not shrink the gaping hole in the public finances.

When the marches were over, Defense Minister Willie O’Dea told the Irish Independent that the Government still had to take the difficult decisions.

Everybody seems to have forgotten who it was that got us into this mess in the first place .Mr.Cowen and Mr.Lenihan and the their Green Lackeys are responsible and when and not if the fireworks get started the people will hopefully get justice

The corrupt bankers and the incompetence of the financial regulator’s office must be addressed as well

We must take back all the golden handshakes that were given out to these crooks and criminal precautions must be sought

All bankers that were involved must be stripped of their pensions and other assets and these given back to the people who have lost their jobs and pensions

These fraudsters should be on trial for treason and the loss financial independence of Ireland

If the Government is looking for money they should go to the Irish permanent they have 7,000,000,000:00 sloshing  around to help out friends in distress!

To All TD’s

Give us jobs, results, not SoundBits!

The Government is busy telling us, they must fix the banking system first and then the finances of the country

This is all well and dandy but what about the likes of the hundreds of thousands of people like me who are unemployed?

Mr Cowen got up in the Dail yesterday and told the people that FAS was delivering courses for the unemployed. This is not what my personal experience shows

FAS was to do a course on web design ,starting on Sep 28th ,I applied for this course in February ,I heard nothing until I complained about the lack of information to FAS and I was called to an assessment exam just two weeks before the course was to begin

Here I was told that the course I was supposed to attend was no longer available; it was cancelled just like that

The FAS teacher went on to tell approximately 28 other people in the class that FAS was cancelling many more courses because of their budget problems

We were then told that the original course was now just 12 weeks (instead of 37 weeks ) and that the modules that were taken out were now included in the new requirements all candidates would have to have to attend the NEW 12 week course

All they did was to cut the original course from 37 weeks to 12 weeks to save money

Needless to say I was not successful in getting on to the new course because of these late changes!

I have heard from FAS in the last week informing me of a part  time course again which is of no use to me as it will not result in me getting any job

What a Joke cutting courses when they should be putting on more courses that have real job’s prospects at the end of such courses

We need Jobs and not time wasting courses that are just filling in the rhetoric of out of touch politicians

An educated, available workforce, is more likely to be offered jobs

We need up skilling and re-education as a matter of national emergency

Where do we fit into your National Emergency Plan???

Supreme court carrousel

The seven companies, Vantive Holdings, Morston Investments, Villeer Developments, Paytor Developments, Carragh Enterprises, Parlez International and Royceton controlled by developer Liam Carroll, that had a second application for High Court protection refused last week are now going to appeal that decision to the Supreme Court again

The group’s original application was turned down by the Commercial Court and the Supreme Court.

Last Thursday, the High Court refused a second application for examinership by the seven companies.

Has it occurred to anyone that we are seeing a pattern of behaviour here? Lisbon 1,

Lisbon 2, Lisbon 3? Lisbon 4?

For Liam Carroll
it would seem if you don’t get the results you want just keeping going back again and again, everybody knows that this is just moving around the deck chairs on the titanic

This is also making a mockery of the Supreme Court.

The message is coming out loud and clear

There is one law for the Rich and one law for the poor in this country .There is special treatment for the super rich and the poor are just kicked out of their homes dumped out on to the street

I these crooks in the Dail manage to push through NAMA then I propose that all home owners in the country create one large housing association and then clam the same protection for all householders in the country this should stop all evictions and people who are about to lose their homes should be able to say to the banks to come back when the property market has recovered to the previous levels

This should give the same protection that is being given to the Banks and developers to all the citizens of the state

Irish peoples union Dublin March to-day

Dublin 12.09.2009  link

Had a demonstration in Dublin to-day against the proposal to set up the Toxic Bank NAMA

They were supported by a wide range of concerned citizens!

This demonstration was called a very short notice and was organized over the internet via Face book, Blogs, and social networks .The ordinary people are getting more and more sophisticated in their use of the internet and more people have now independent tools to get the word out .this is not the 1970’s or the 1980’s where the ordinary people were left with only one option, that was to suffer in silence or emigrate for good, and leave the corrupt politicians rule the country

Not this time! Groups like Irish peoples union are springing up all over the country and I believe we are seeing the start of a people’s movement that will eventually shake up Irish politics for good

I attended to-days march to give my support to this movement; I am passionately against the whole concept of NAMA and I believe that this is the greatest challenge to the Irish Independence since the foundation of the Irish republic

I believe this is an attempt by the government to off lode all of the toxic debts of their buddies in the Banks and the Building Industry on to the backs of the Irish people and subsequently financially enslave this generation and the next.

We owe it to our children to fight this and any other attempt to take away our livelihoods and our financial independence

The corrupt politicians and criminals in the Banks must be brought to account!

Machholz is not a member of any political party and is a swing voter!
