In an article entitled, “How the Courts Are Curbing YouTube,” the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation explains to us that judicial pressure is being applied to YouTube to continually expand self-censorship. YouTube is owned by huge search engine provider, Google.
We are supposed to be concerned that Google’s “guidelines are running afoul of local laws in different parts of the world” and generating these reactions. But if we look beneath the surface, we find a different scenario altogether.
We begin to see this is an elite dominant social theme, a promotion designed to bring about a certain result, one apparently designed to reduce certain kinds of information available on the Web. What we find, in fact, is a kind of orchestrated dance whereby the very forces that are supposedly anti-censorship are helping manufacture episodes that further promote it.
If we understand what is at work here, it helps us comprehend the larger matrix of control that has been woven around our lives and times.
What we call the Internet Reformation – ‘Net-based debunkery of “accepted wisdom” – provides us the tools to better understand this hidden reality. The powers-that-be (those who prefer the status quo) are uncomfortable with the raucous world of the Internet and have undertaken a campaign against it that seems to stretch back a decade or more.
We will learn, if we are willing to look, how dialectical paradigms are used to create control over our lives. Thesis, anti-thesis, synthesis is the tried-and-true methodology.
Among recent victims is Megaupload’s Kim Dotcom, whose business empire was virtually undone by the US government on behalf of those in the entertainment industry who wanted Dotcom held accountable for alleged copyright violations……………………………………

Wait until the dimwits in the current government present their crushing budget .This price will be views as astronomical .As far as I can see, I see no bottom we have a long way to go to reach that dark place ! With the real unemployment figures concealed from the public I estimate it to be somewhere between 29 an 30%.The banks are now free to crucified their own customers with penal charges and their own customers are been held hostage to ever increasing interest rates whenever they choose! The current government have washed their hands of the countless thousands of trapped citizen’s snared by toxic and corrupt bankers.
Nama is the real culprit here as they have control on the flow of sales of all types of property in Ireland now and with consent of the government they are drip feeding the sale of property, this option is however not available to the ordinary joe who has just lost his job and is forced to emigrate.
It is outrageous, most of the cheerleaders of the property boom are now employed by NAMA as “experts” and are been paid by the victims of these fraudsters. A day of reckoning is coming and it ant going to be pretty ! I am living in Lubeck In Germany , an Irish emigrant, and I can smell the stink of this deal from over here .This has all the hallmarks of a financial stroke by absolute gangsters on the Board of AIB and NAMA “Looking after insiders” with a guarantee profit .
Jack Fagan has a rare weekend outing in today’s Irish Times where he reveals that a consortium of European investors has bought the four main office blocks of AIB’s Bankcentre in Ballsbridge opposite the RDS. The seller, Aviva is said to have accepted “just over €70m” for the sprawling 154,000 sq ft complex set over four buildings. The property was originally bought in April 2006, a year before the general peak in Irish commercial property, for €177m. Commercial property generally increased by just over 21% between Q1 2006 and Q1 2007 which would have indicated a notional peak valuation of €214m. A €70m price tag today represents a 67.3% decline which is in keeping with the general market as tracked by Ireland’s two commercial property indices from Jones Lang LaSalle and SCSI/IPD.
The tenant in the offices is the 99.8% state-owned AIB which has thus far cost us at least…

Germany: beware of being the pomp in Pompeii
The German population found itself last night in ignorance of the Madrid anti-austerity violence during the day. Neither of the public service TV broadcasters ARD & ZDF reported any riots in Spain during their evening news bulletins. We have no choice, in this specific context, but to rephrase ‘public service’ as ‘State’. Lest anyone might think I’m blowing that blatant censorship out of proportion, ARD is the second biggest television broadcaster in the world after the BBC.
I think we are entitled to ask today what the Hell is going on in the eurozone. For one thing is becoming horribly obvious: outcomes one thought suitable for satirical parody in the morning become fact before the day is done. I refer, of course, to the rapidly approaching socio-economic anarchy in Spain.
In a bid to appease his wacky wannabe masters, Spanish economy minister…

Gauck has, against his will, given the ESM powers that Adolf Hitler would’ve craved
Today (Thursday) President Joachim Gauck of Germany signed the instrument of ratification for the European Stability Mechanism. The ESM will thus come into force on 8th October 2012.
In doing so – and in private, be assured, this is much against his will – Gauck has authorised the rule of an ESM Gauleiter with nothing short of dictatorial powers. As The Slog demonstrated over a fortnight ago, the ESM Council is uncontrollable, and effectively beyond the reach of any established Law on the planet.
But the Karlsruhe Court ruling of 12th September this year prohibits any ESM governor from increasing Germany’s contribution to the financing of the ESM Council above €190bn without the consent of the Bundestag.
So what we are looking at here is a German Constitutional Court telling an EU mechanism…

Be Very Careful, Beloved Spain … Two weeks ago I was interviewed by the Catalan newspaper El Punt Avui. I said it would be unthinkable for the Spanish state to stop Catalan secession by military force. Such action would violate EU Treaties and lead to Spain’s suspension from the European Union. You do not do such things in the early 21st Century. “No pots ser membre de la UE si utilitzes la força” was the headline. I may have underestimated the vigour of the Spanish officer corps. First we have the robust comments of Colonel Francisco Alaman comparing the crisis to 1936 and vowing to crush Catalan nationalists, described as “vultures”. “Independence for Catalonia? Over my dead body. Spain is not Yugoslavia or Belgium. Even if the lion is sleeping, don’t provoke the lion, because he will show the ferocity proven over centuries,” he said. – UK Telegraph
Dominant Social Theme: The riots have begun again. What a surprise.
Free-Market Analysis: Ambrose Evans-Pritchard reports on Spain and what he provides us with is a look at the underbelly of Spanish despair that you won’t read about in other similar mainstream reporting.
What Evans-Pritchard provides us with, in fact, is the bloody sociopathic grin that lurks under the current, escalating social tension. The grin is that of one collectively plastered across the faces of the armed forces. It is the same in Britain and soon will be, no doubt, in France and Germany………………………….

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has dismissed a potentially game-changing statement from Europe’s three most economically stable nations which throws doubt on a deal to ease Irish bank debt.
Mr Kenny faced a barrage of accusations that he misunderstood an offer at an EU summit for governments to examine the possibility of a new fund to pay for past bailouts.
And he revealed he had no advance warning from Germany, Finland and the Netherlands that they were planning a statement claiming eurozone countries remain saddled with legacy bank losses.
“The decision of the 29th June was clear and unequivocal,” Mr Kenny said.
Finance ministers Wolfgang Schauble from Germany, Finland’s Jutta Urpilainen and Dutch minister Jan Kees de Jager said…………………………………………………………
Where are the fighting Irish????
What we have here is a man, s failure to communicate! This twit just hasn’t got the knowhow, how to deal with the shark infested waters of Berlin, Brussels etc . Mr Kenny is the tea boy at all these meetings nobody knows he is even there, He is just an afterthought and the so called
“Irish question” doesn’t even get mentioned and it is so far down on the list of to do items it doesn’t even get on to the menu. This is because Mr Kenny doesn’t matter! We need a Rottweiler in Europe someone who knows what the hell he is talking about and someone who speaks German for God sake! Someone who can frighten the be- japers out of Angelika and her bully boys on the schoolyard of “Bullyboy alley” in Berlin.
Send in the Greeks to speak on our behalf!

“So, never be afraid. Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion, against injustice and lying and greed. If you, not just you in this room tonight, but in all the thousands of other rooms like this one about the world today and tomorrow and next week, will do this, not as a class or classes, but as individuals, men and women, you will change the earth.” William Faulkner
It has been a while since I have posted an article, and – due to some recent email requests – I wanted to take a detailed look as we move into the latter part of 2012, based upon what the larger time cycles are currently suggesting. In addition, we will take a look at the shorter-term picture, to see what the U.S. markets may hold in store in the days/weeks to come.We will start with the big-picture, and then move gradually down to the smaller timeframes.
The Four Year Cycle The four-year cycle (chart above) is one of the larger cycles that I track – and is the one that is most .Statistically significant for longer-term traders and investors. It’s last bottom is seen as the 3/6/09 low of 666.79 for the S&P 500, which means that it is currently 895 trading days along from the same.
This cycle is currently in the process of going over a very wide top, and is ideally looking to peak somewhere between November of this year and the first month or three of 2013.
The next bottom for this four-year time cycle is projected to materialize around late-2013 or early-to- mid 2014, with a particular focus on the latter timeframe – simply due to the fact that it is the next scheduled low within the ‘presidential cycle’ pattern. The presidential cycle pattern denotes that the various U.S. stock indexes are normally weaker in the two following years after an election (here, 2013 and 2014), and then is strongest the next two years. We are certainly seeing this right now,…………………………….
