One award was presented by Edward Halizak PhD., Head of Institute of Foreign Relations, University of Warsaw. The second award was presented by Artur Stepien, Member of The Board of Polskie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen S.A.

Once we get through this next battle regarding the April 11, 2012 Texas Medical Board trial, our next step is new Congressional Hearings to push for accelerated approval of Antineoplastons. Feel free to contact Rep. Joe Barton in Texas, and Senator Richard Burr in NC—both of whom were instrumental in the 1990′s in holding similar hearings regarding Dr. Burzynski and Antineoplastons.

In Greece, fears that austerity is killing the economy … Deeply indebted and nearly bankrupt, this Mediterranean nation was forced to adopt tough austerity measures to slash its deficit and secure an international bailout. But as Greece’s economy slides into free fall, critics are scanning the devastated landscape here and asking a probing question: Does austerity really work? Unemployment has surged to 18.8 percent from 13.3 percent only a year ago. Overburdened public hospitals are facing acute shortages of everything from syringes to bandages because of budget cuts, with hiring freezes forcing the mothballing of operating rooms even as more unemployed are relying on the public health system. Rates of homelessness, suicide, crime and HIV cases from intravenous drug use are jumping. “Conditions have deteriorated so dramatically that doctors in this country now believe that the Greek crisis is no longer just a financial crisis but a humanitarian crisis,” said Dimitris Varnavas, the president of the Federation of Greek Hospital Doctors’ Unions. – Washington Post

Dominant Social Theme: Greece needs to “get its act together.” But will the pain be too much to bear?

Free-Market Analysis: The almost genocidal nature of modern “austerity” as interpreted by the current crop of European one-world technocrats has come in for some mild criticism in the pages of the Washington Post.

Surprise! It must be really bad in Greece for this august, mainstream mouthpiece to publish such an article. Look on it as a limited hangout of sorts. With the Greek economy continuing to collapse as suicides pile up, a responsible mainstream paper must provide some sort of realistic reporting. And so it does.

There is no doubt that this is the case in Ireland and the Irish Government, because of their incompetence  are guilty of allowing this depression  to continue longer than it should. This belligerence on their part is costing the citizens dearly. They are no more  than stooges for  the new landlords in Berlin .Austerity without  a currency devaluation is just plain stupid!

The Welcoming of Grace

Throughout this book I have been writing of spiritual growth as if it were an orderly, predictable process. It has been implied that spiritual growth may be learned as one might learn a field of knowledge through a Ph. D programme; if you pay your tuition and work hard enough, of course you will succeed and get your degree. I have interpreted Christ’s saying “Many are called but few chosen” to mean that very few choose to heed the call of grace because of the difficulties involved. By this interpretation I have indicated that whether or not we become blessed by grace is a matter of our choice. Essentially, I have been saying that grace is earned. And I know this to be true.

At the same time however, , I know that that’s not the way it is at all. We do not come to grace; grace comes to us. Try as we might to obtain grace, it may yet elude us. We may seek it not, yet it will find us. Consciously we may avidly desire the spiritual life but then discover all manner of stumbling blocks in our way. Or we may have seemingly little taste for the spiritual life and yet find ourselves vigorously called to it despite of ourselves. While on one level we do choose whether or not to heed the call of grace, on another it seems clear that God is the one who does the choosing. (Thus the reality is a paradox). The common experience of those who have achieved a state of grace, on whom “this new life from heaven” has been bestowed, is one of amazement at their condition. They do not feel that they have earned it. While they may have a realistic awareness of the particular goodness of their nature, they do not ascribe their nature to their own will; rather, they distinctly feel that the goodness of their nature has been created by hands wiser and more skilled than their own. Those who are the closest to grace are the most aware of the mysterious character of the gift they have been given.

How are we to resolve this paradox? We don’t. Perhaps the best that we can say is that we cannot will ourselves to grace, we can by will open ourselves to its miraculous coming.We can prepare ourselves to be fertile ground, a welcoming place. If we can make ourselves into a totally disciplined, wholly loving individuals, then, even though we may be ignorant of theology and give no thought to God, we will have prepared ourselves well for the coming of grace. The paradox that we both choose grace and are chosen by grace is the essence of the phenomenon of serendipity. Serendipity was defined as “the gift of finding valuable or agreeable things not sought for”. Buddha found enlightenment only when he stopped seeking for it – when he let it come to him. On the other hand, who can doubt that enlightenment came to him precisely because he had devoted at least sixteen years of his life to seeking it, sixteen years of preparation? He had to both seek for it and not seek it. The Furies were transformed into the Bearers of Grace (the Eumenides) also precisely because Orestes both worked to gain the favour of the gods and at the same did not expect the gods to make his way easy for him. It was through this same paradoxical mixture of seeking and not seeking that he obtained the gift of serendipity and the blessings of grace.

Well those of you that were waiting for our first instalment of up-dates on my trading I have the current January trades to announce.

Dec : Entered 3 contracts  (calls) on the 5 and 6$ BAC these were Jan Calls and we were under water for the last two weeks with losses of 1200$

As of last Friday sold out of said contracts with a net gain of 89% on one contract, a 37.5% net  gain on the second contract and a break even on the third contract.

Reason for sale .The approach of expiry (never hold options up to expiry)

Entered 2 Feb contracts BAC( puts) at the strike of 5 and 6$

Currently under the water but will be averaging down in the next few days as I believe we will have a catalyst by way of earnings we are gaining as the stock price goes up and we should be able to make a few bob as the stock retreats back on or before earnings .Either way we have until Feb. 15th to be able to make on the puts .

Bought 500 shares of BAC at $5.01 .Current price is 6.20$.

we are heading up to the top of the current pivot point around 7.50$  before a return to test the recent lows  (4.91$) In any case I am Hedged and so I only need the stock to move to make money ! If we get ther before the expiry date in Feb, I will treat myself to a trip to Paris !T

Overall profit target for January has already been achieved.

I hope to announce the start of a new trading course in the coming months for my German Friends.

Golden rules to keep in mind!

As always wait for the market to present an opportunity.

Don’t just place trades because you think you should be in the market.

Capital preservation is paramount.

Never put on a position without been Hedged.

Give yourself enough time to become right.

Place small trade amounts that will not break the bank

Remember you may have to wait to get a better pricing for your hedging so have at least the same amount value contracts as you have in chosen asset.

Use only in the money options

Watch volatility and remember you need to buy low volatility.

Buying options is like buying ICE they waste away in value from the moment you buy them.

For my system to work you need to have a volatile oversold asset that you want to buy and hold for at least two years .So our up and coming course on (An  Introduction To Technical Analysis )would be a good start for any would be trader !

A collapse of the euro — currently the greatest threat to global economic health  — and break-up of the European Union would have catastrophic consequences for the global financial system because of inter-connectedness, Business Line newspaper cited billionaire investor George Soros as saying.

“Today, the euro is potentially endangering the political cohesion of the European Union….Certain inadequacies in designing the [currency] have led to the euro-zone crisis that looms large over world economies” Soros said at an interactive session in the south Indian city of Hyderabad.“If the common currency were to break down, it will lead to the break up of the European Union itself. And this will be catastrophic not only for Europe but also for the global financial system.”

The euro-zone crisis is “more serious and more threatening than the crash of 2008″, the Economic Times reported, quoting Soros.Soros said that some European countries have to adopt more austerity measures to narrow imbalances between “creditor and the debtor countries”.

Currently, the US is following a trajectory of past unsuccessful empires that   were unable to sustain themselves resulting in an eventual collapse from within.   The US is currently running up a budget deficit which is not only   threatening to bankrupt its entire economy, but also threatening the hegemony of   its sole instrument for advantage and influence on the world stage – the US   dollar. Any threat to the supremacy of the dollar is also a threat to the   empire.

No moral mandate

For centuries, even Rome required a moral mandate as it conquered the known   world. As was the case with the Iraqi invasion and occupation in 2003, the West   and its Axis powers led by Washington will require a multi-nation coalition   backed by some form of moral mandate in order to move forward with their   plans.

Previously, a US-UK campaign against Iraq’s alleged weapons of mass   destruction was waged through the UN, and was sufficient at the time in   achieving a minimal sway in public opinion needed from both the American and   British people, justifying their governments’ foreign policy goals enough to get   the war off the ground. But the cost in 2012 of pushing forward under false   pretences with both Afghanistan and Iraq in 2003, means that the Axis coalition   powers have already played their best hand under the current social democratic   system.

With this shower of blood suckers in the Dail  I am surprised they haven’t come up with a tax on how many  windows one has in their house. You are right the citizens that have no big corrupt unions or big bankers that can blackmail the government are the easy targets and the gullible citizens did after all vote these gangsters into office. I will admit that the choices available was mostly more of the same codgers .The political system is rotten and no matter who is voted into office we will always get the same policies namely the less well-off and the poor will be forced to pay up for the incompetent politicians on the make for themselves and their supporters on the inside track!

We need to rid ourselves of these leaches and the only way is to tear down this scam political system that clams to be democratic. After nearly four years not one corrupt banker has gone to jail none of the political gangsters have gone to  jai,l yet over six thousand citizens were sent to jail for non payment of fines .There is no mistake we need to flush out the so called public servant leaches in the Dail who are still living on lottery salaries and pensions. We simply cannot afford to allow this farce to continue I say come on with the revolution. Thousands of elderly citizen’s lives are put in danger as a result of the severe cuts to social service. The current Government are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of our elderly citizens When a government abandons the welfare of its citizens it does not deserve to support of the people .We are been sucked dry by the gamblers in Europe and our political elite have thrown the ordinary people of Ireland to the wolves and carpetbaggers. Citizens of Ireland wake up and rid yourselves of the new absentee landlords in Europe.
